Onsite company table massages are a way for your company to differentiate benefits, improve employee wellness, and have better employee performance. Your company chooses the level of matching participation and number of times per week/month this is offered, so you control the benefit amount. Our base office rate is $70 per hour for a table massage. We are willing to match the employer’s contribution up to $15 as a discount. For example, if your company pays $10, Dubuque Massage does $10 and the employee pays $50. If you decide not to contribute Dubuque Massage will still offer a $5 discount to all employees.
Dubuque Massage’s owner or staff does the majority of the setup and promotional work for onsite company table massages. Additionally, employees schedule online using our website, so there is no weekly administration on your end. Your company can launch this program with minimal time commitment including the following:
- Provide a room/space that is 6’x10’ or larger for the massage
- Forward promotional emails, that we create, to your employees
- These include links and instructions to schedule online
- Coordinate occasional on-site promotion of the benefit
Typically our clients have complete confidentiality. However, if you are paying part of the massage we understand that you will need to know who is accessing this benefit. So in that instance, we will have employees sign a waiver and will provide the information needed so that you know which employees are getting the massages. We will work with you to make sure this fits your company’s needs. If you need copies of licensure or liability insurance let us know and we can provide that.
